FITness classes

We offer over 90 fitness classes each week including Barre, Cardio, Pilates, Sculpting, Spin, Weights, Yoga and Zumba.  Buy a pass and visit any class at any location.  Classes are held at Central Park, Fowler Park and Old Atlanta Park.

    Do you need help getting started on a fitness routine or a boost from your normal routine?  Then give us a call and set up a training session today!  Our trainers work with all fitness levels.  

    Personal (one on one):  30 minutes - $ 25 or 60 minutes
     - $ 50
    Group (small group of 2-3): 30 minutes - $ 15/per person or 60 minutes - $ 30/per person

    Join our certified personal trainer and outdoor adventure instructor in this exciting and fun fitness program.  

    AdventureFit is a unique fitness program for ages 12 and up that uses outdoor adventure as functional exercise to provide the ultimate fitness experience.  You will have the opportunity to improve your overall health while trail running, mountain biking, rock climbing, tree climbing, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle boarding, and/or swimming. All equipment and supplies will be provided. Participants will meet two times per week, Saturday morning and Tuesday evening. For more information, please call 770-781-2217.
