WOMEN’S SELF-DEFENSE
This workshop teaches the importance of being aware of your surroundings.  Due to mature content we limit the participants to adult women and mature teenagers (12 and up with a parent).  There will be a power point presentation with case studies involving women who have been abducted, assaulted and murdered.  The officers will teach simple, yet effective, self-defense tactics.  Some of these include palm heel strikes, elbow strikes, kicks and defense against choke holds. The workshops meet from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m.
