BECOME A COACH
In order to be approved to coach for Forsyth County Parks and Recreation youth athletic programs, follow these steps:
1. Complete a coach application form
2. Complete a background check form and attach a copy of your driver's license
3. Return completed forms to the contacts listed on the coach application form
