Class/Activity
A refund will be issued for requests received at least 10 full business days prior to the first class date. Subsequently, a 50% refund will be issued for requests received at least 5 full business days before the start of class. No refunds thereafter.
Class transfers follow the same guidelines.

Athletic Leagues
No refund will be issued except under special circumstances as approved by the department. For special requests, please email supporting documentation to parkweb@forsythco.com

Facility Rentals
For community buildings, pavilions, and recreation center facilities, a refund will be issued for requests received at least 10 full business days prior to the rental date. No refunds thereafter. All rentals over $300 are subject to a $100 non-refundable fee at the time of refund. For all other rental types, please check the rental agreement.
